What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After listening to my clients needs when taking on a home improvement project, I then inspect the entire areas that needing to be addressed. I then design the perfect system that not only fits there needs but is actually functional. I will then go over with my clients the scope of the entire job what materials we will be using, where everything will be placed and how we are going to accomplish the builds. And leave them with a hassle free good for a year quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business and multiple stages of construction my entire life. From a child I have always been building or taking things apart. I have a life times worth of experience in this field. Literally.
