Company representative came through and saved the day for me and my wife. He took out my old water heater and replaced it with a new one. He also took the time to ride with me to purchase the new water heater / parts. The company rep was also knowledgeable and recommended some things that would help me in the future to make my water heater last longer.

He was great & I was in a time of need where I was in the middle of a renovation and he came ASAP to fix my shower/tub Drain. He kept us informed and he even stayed longer to look at my toilet leak 👍🏽 He fixed my valve and changed out the toilet in no time. I was scammed out of $569.25. AS Construction Consulting LLC gave me a quote for plumbing work for $1138.50, including a scope of work and list of materials. I asked for a minor change to scope, to which AS Construction agreed. We discussed and agreed to a date for the following Monday, and AS Construction confirmed the arrangement.

On Monday when I reached out to ask what time he would arrive, he told me "Hey we called you to reschedule for a different time. We are currently on a major project in Savannah, Georgia. We know our AI has caused you some issues with your project. We don’t do the task you have requested for less then $2500."

Note that Savannah is almost 5 hours away from our project location. I then asked for a refund of my deposit since the date was no longer workable for AS Construction, and since the price had more than doubled.

AS Construction then told me that my deposit was non-refundable and refused to send back the deposit. Despite all communication being documented as per above, including AS Construction leaving town, they state that the deposit made for scheduling (for a date they could not make) was non-refundable.

Be careful out there!
