Benjamin Franklin Plumbing's pricing falls on the higher end of the scale. I'll be honest……I basically paid a premium franchise price for what was a pretty basic task. However, after doing my research I understood why. Many companies charge a minimum service fee just to drive out to your home, which typically covers the first hour of labor regardless of how fast the job is completed — most likely covering overhead, travel time, and immediate availability. They were upfront and transparent about the cost from the start, so there were no surprises. The customer service was excellent….professional, respectful, and they made the whole process smooth. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
