The service is very cost efficient. The two older men who came to remove the furniture were very professional, efficient and sufficient. They spoke kindly upon arrival and when leaving. I received a courtesy call with a "realistic" 30 minute eta. The entire process was done within a 15-20 minute time frame. And they actually cleaned up all the debris! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The quote you receive for junk removal services is auto generated based solely on the item you select when submitting your request (e.g., 1 pickup truck load). I don’t see the full description or pictures you may have submitted until after I’m contacted. Therefore, it is very helpful that you provide as much detail as possible so that I can confirm that the quote is accurate. Photos are also helpful but not always necessary. If we agree on a price before we come out we stick to that price unless details or quantities were forgotten or not disclosed prior.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It’s a simple process. What? When? Where? and How Much? After those are determined I communicate with the customer the day before the scheduled service to confirm the appointment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I’ve service foreclosed properties for over seven years.
