We offer transparent pricing based on the size and condition of the vehicle, with no hidden fees. Every service includes quality products and attention to detail. First-time customers may qualify for discounts, and we offer package deals for regular maintenance or multiple vehicles. Quotes are always free, and we’re happy to customize a service to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by asking a few quick questions to understand their needs, the vehicle’s condition, and what services they’re looking for. Then I provide a free estimate and explain the process clearly. Once we agree on the service, I arrive on time with everything needed and walk the customer through the steps. After the detail is complete, I do a final inspection with the customer to make sure they’re fully satisfied. I believe in clear communication, honest pricing, and delivering top-quality results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent extensive time studying professional detailing techniques, industry best practices, and product performance. I’ve trained hands-on with a wide range of detailing tools, chemicals, and methods—including paint correction, ceramic coating, and interior restoration. I also keep up with the latest innovations in detailing to ensure every job is done right, safely, and with high-quality results.
