My tenant left my house in a disastrous mess, you would not think that someone actually lived in there. I panicked when I walked in and saw the mess. I was looking for a cleaner all over East Point to no avail until I stumbled upon Thumbtack. I requested a quote and Yaya from T& l Clean World responded right away. She was also available to come have a viewing and start the next day. They did an absolute amazing job. The house looked like new again. The stove was so dirty I planned to just get rid of it, but they cleaned it and yes I kept it. If you are looking for a clean house, call Yaya and she will make it happen. YaYa and her two employees were amazing! They showed up on time, and were so kind and friendly. I was moving into a rental house that was left in terrible condition by the previous tenants, and there was no way I had the time or intestinal fortitude to tackle the entire 2,000 sq. ft. house by myself. So, YaYa and her crew were god-sends. The house looked incredible and smelled lovely when they were finished! She communicated with me throughout the day and did a full walk-through with me upon completion, and she was incredibly sweet and professional the entire time. She was definitely thorough, concentrating on tiny details that I would have undoubtedly overlooked if I tried to clean the house myself. So, I would absolutely hire her again and plan on doing so. Thanks again, YaYa. You're an angel!!

Clients should know and understand the cleaning of refrigators (15) and (25) stoves are extra. I always try to satisfi my customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure we complete a thorough walkthrough of the property. listening to all of the clients concerns and details and making them very aware of the area of the house that we first start on and where my team and I complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I study new solutions on line for different types of cleaning products. And always looking for great wood floor cleaners.
