- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a yard is overgrown and not given a heads up, I'll require +50% of the original price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need your name, *************, and ************ for documentation. Also please make contact with me via text, phone, or in person once i arrive. You can also pay upon arrival and that'll work for me. I only show up and starting cutting without communication with repeat clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Veteran and a full time firefighter so my schedule is robust
