What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on number of signers, number of pages, witness(s), and mileage. Pricing is affordable and fair.
**Please Note:** If I provide witness, it will be an additional $25.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Screening/consultation to ask those basic questions about their needs to ensure I can service them. Ask if witnesses are needed. Schedule appointment, travel to customer, verify identity with acceptable identification by law, review documents to ensure there aren’t any discrepancies, perform notary service, and accept payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Loan Signing Agent, National Notary Association (NNA) Background Screened, GA Commissioned, and Insured. Member of American Association of Notaries and National Notary Association. Attend monthly trainings with NNA on various topics relating to Notaries. Such as the latest law changes in different states, the Dos and Don’ts of Notaries, how to notarize certain documents, etc.
