FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The agent’s services are free to first-time home buyers (because the seller pays the sales commission). Of course if you are selling a home, the price could vary depending on many factors. The cost can be determined during our appointment, when your particular wants, needs, desires, and strategies are discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we will do is set up an appointment to discuss your individual needs in buying or selling a home. If you are buying, I can set you up with a lender that will assist you with the preapproval process, as the preapproval letter will be needed to start the process of viewing homes. If you are a cash buyer, you can submit your proof of funds letter. During the appointment, (usually one hour in duration) I will educate you on the process, and the services I offer to assist with the transaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Georgia Real Estate licensees must complete 75 hours of State Approved education, and 25 hours post licensing education per year. In addition, I have many years experience in different areas of real estate in Georgia.
