- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is generally on a flat rate basis. Exceptions would be for specialty or hand made jobs (custom builds) such as hand made counter tops.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is contact. Once contacted I would gather information about job, address, persons of contact, phone numbers etc. Then we will schedule a time for me to come on site and look and get a in person feel of what the job entails. While on job if possible depending a few variables I will give a quote at that time. If material cost and such will need to be figured I will return a quote within 24 hours and generally the same day depending on time I leave the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for 20 years total. I have done handy man work, ground up builds, sheetrock, roofing, siding and most other forms of residential construction. I have experience in light commercial projects as well.
