Hello my name is William Lee the owner and operator of Crossroads Construction what sets crossroads apart from others is we are all you need. I am hands on with everything on the job from start to finish. I have over 25 yrs experience. At a young age I learned to do it all. I also have took classes at SCAD for architect design and interior design. These guys were excellent left a super clean work site very clean work and a phenomenal price blown away by these guys thank you crossroads. New flooring refinished cabinets new countertops new appliances backsplash these guys did it all

I had probably eight people give me estimates on this job the cheapest one by far was crossroads kind of skeptical in the beginning because of their price but they did a phenomenal job called them back to do more bathroom renovation floating floor throughout the house and metal roof these guys do it all highly recommended

There was no bait and switch or leaving the job unfinished. The contract states that a draw will be placed based on a % of work completed when the draw was placed it took 4 days to receive a partial payment and then excuses on why it couldn’t be paid and kept saying tomorrow then the next day it would be the next day. So we did leave the job before we were screwed even more. Which we left being still owed money not him being owed money or anything. There are two sides to every story. Our company has great work history and a great relationship with previous clients. Everyone knows you can’t please everyone. Unfortunately we have this on our reviews which we should have paid attention to the red flags we never met this man in person he wanted to do everything over the phone even his property manager told us to watch out for him. So it was definitely a lesson learned.
