Patrice and her staff where absolutely wonderful. They where very prompt with delivery here when they said they would be. She kept in good communication with me all the way up to the event. The food was delicious everyone loved it. Her prices are so reasonable. We had food for 60 and it was perfect. The photo picture frames she did of my Dad was so thoughtful for his 80th birthday party. Which helped a lot because at the last minute my father requested a guest book so everyone could sign and he would have it to remember who all attended. So the 2 framed photo's was a perfect addition to the table with the sign in book. I can not say enough about her she was awesome and so gracious and friendly. I definitely will use her again for any future party's I have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes my catering per plate usually run between 13.00 and 16.00 dollars a plate. My floral arrangements run from 10.00 to 100.00, depending on the flowers, size, and type. I also have different packages for finger foods, dinner plates, and sweets menu
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get detalils about the event, the customers budget, I work up the price, and send contract/payment information, the event planning sheet and I keep in contact with the customer until the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I attend workshops and seminars from time to time
