The Premium Plumbing and Septic team was overall amazing, they're customer service was top tier. They were very responsive via thumbtack and email. Danielle on the phone and text was so nice and made me feel valued before I even opted to use their services. I was very particular with my questions and the work proposal and they all stayed patient and answered all my questions while remaining friendly. Jaylen was the plumber/contractor they sent out to replace my water heater. He was awesome! He gave the best quote out of 4 other plumbers from various companies, he was nice and knowledgeable. He got my water heater replaced the same day I signed the proposal. He was respectful of my property and cleaned up after installation. He replaced the piping and a few valves that needed updating. He even let me watch him work and ask questions so I could understand how things work if I needed to do any fixes myself after the included 1 year labor warranty. There was a delay with his arrival, but it didn't bother me because I scheduled the install on a day I was home with nothing to do. When he arrived, he was still upbeat and explained that he had to go to three different stores to get the supplies, which I understood and commended him for the persistence to find all the materials. I'm not sure why but I noticed he installed my water heater about a quarter turn towards the wall so my pilot box is slightly angled towards the wall. However, everything works properly and it's probably just cosmetic/my OCD that draws this to my attention. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my experience with both Jaylen, the plumber/contractor, and the entire Premium Plumbing and Septic team. I've saved their numbers to reach out for all my future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone.
