Initially when Joe (owner) came out to inspect my washing machine, the issues I had days prior didn’t present on his visit, instead of leaving he fiddled around w it to see if he could determine what the issue might be. Nothing happened for several weeks until yesterday. Joe came back out & fortunately the issue arose when he was here. He determined it was the motor & suggested for the price of a new motor, I’d be better off to invest in a new machine. So will I call Joe back for future appliance issues YES!!!

We called Titan out to come take a look at our washer. While we didn't go with them to fix it and chose to replace our washer unstead. they gave us a reasonable repair price and information. Will definitely go with them for future appliance repair. They were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. 10/10
