I would like to first say that precision air save me and my family's life from burning 🔥 up like a pieces of toasted bread in our home. Our Ac unit was on live support and needed resuscitation immediately. The moment we got in contact with precision air my family and I started to breathe better. The tech set up an appointment and within the hour was at our home fixing the problem. The tech took the time to explain the problem and he even listen when my husband complain about issues with the Ac unit. Now that's care with a sprinkle of personal touch, exactly what we're looking for in customer care. Speaking of care I would also like to say thank you to Precision Air and Ann Arbor Home Care you certainly live up to your name. You guys certainly mean what you say, not mention you are on time, reliable, friendly, efficient and most important you care which leaves us wanting more. I have to say that's not an easy thing for me but I'm one happy customer keep up the great work 👍
