I am very pleased with the work done by Cole and Smith Bros Services LLC. I had an issue with my AC yesterday morning and used the app to find help. Smith Bros responded within 10 minutes of my submission! They scheduled an appointment for 12:00 PM, and my AC was back up and running by 2:00 PM. I am incredibly appreciative of their hard work and Cole's promptness in taking care of my family's needs. I highly recommend this company for any of your AC needs!

We had quite a few questions, but Cole was incredibly patient and took the time to provide us with detailed information about our unit. Finding the right contractor can be tough, but with this company, I truly felt they were honest about their diagnosis, transparent about our options, and fair with their pricing. It’s refreshing to work with a company you can genuinely trust. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Cole was very thorough and knowledgeable. He got my AC back up and running at a fair price.
