Today Zac from Premium Plumbing came out to work on our totally clogged toilet. He was on time and asked questions as to what had occurred and then went to work. He was able to unclog our toilet after several attempts. 😅

Both of my toilets kept getting clogged so I called Premium Plumbing to assess and fix the underlying problem. The company sent a supervisor and top pro to address my concerns with their initial assessment and both guys provided exceptional customer service, did a thorough investigation, and clearly explained the cause and remedy of the plumbing problem. I will certainly work with Josh and his team again in the future.

Initially the work was scheduled for Friday but got pushed due to another job that took unexpectedly longer, first to Saturday and then Sunday. I was starting to get a bit frustrated at that point. However, Anthony and Mario who showed up on Sunday completely turned that around. Anthony did a great job in diagnosing and fixing the 2 issues I had primarily looked for plumbing help. They were very courteous and had very good work etiquette. Above all, their skills were excellent and the job was done perfectly well. Would hire these guys again without a doubt the next time I have a plumbing issue.
