- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is something that is determined after we have identified the issue. We believe no one should have to pay to be told they have a problem and offer free inspections and consultations in order to help homeowners understand the scope of their project. Once we have determined a solution, we offer affordable pricing to execute it. We also assist homeowners in securing funding whether it be through an insurance claim (when justified) or financing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting new customers. We first consult with our homeowners getting to know them and the project. Once we have a solution determined, we ensure the new customer understands everything from the finances, timeline, and project processes to the cleanup and warranty expectations. Every homeowner is given undivided attention throughout the Solutions process. We belive in treating every home as though it was our own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team have been extensively trained by our manufacturers, vendors and industry regulators. We stay up to date on industry standards and product knowledge through annual training programs.
