I needed help sooner rather than later due to impending rain. A Pipe Boot had broken and was causing damage to my ceiling. This was the only company that understood the need for timeliness.Rich was professional on the phone, clear, thorough, and followed through. They fixed what I knew was broken, and also repaired another one that hadn't been caught-- no surprise charges, just saw a problem and worked with me to fix it.I'm so grateful.Edit-- soon after this, I had a leak from the valley in my roof and I immediately called Rich from Southeastern Sky Roofing. Daniel came out and had everything finished expediently. I would never expect someone on a very booked Saturday or Sunday, but we had extraneous issues they understood.When Sat became impossible, they quickly let me know and made arrangements for Sun. I think I cried happy tears. This level of communication, precision, and quality of work is somethingsI haven't seen in a long time.

I can not say enough good things about Rich or this company. From start to finish Rich worked with me and for me every step of the way. He repaired my roof after being denied twice to prevent further damage. He kept in touch with me over the course of a few months and multiple storms to ensure I had no further damage. He checked back with me after this last storm we had and was then able to obtain approval. He spoke to the adjuster with me. He helped me handle the claim. Explained the process. He over saw the guys during replacement and was kind, professional and friendly every step of the way . If I could give them more stars I would. He is by far the best contractor Ive ever had to work with during my 17 years of homeownership!

Southern Sky Roofing was an excellent experience with Rich Carrozza and his team, including TJ and Zach. Rich met with my insurance adjuster when they arrived at the house, but prior to their coming had climbed and photographed my roof and were prepared when the adjuster came. We highly recommend Southern Sky roofing and absolutely love our new roof! The process went very quickly and we so appreciate everything they did. Including putting a new roof on my small chicken coop! The beautiful high end architectural style multicolor Owens Corning shingles on our home and garage are stunning. I am very grateful to say that we were treated with respect and kindness. Something we need more of in the business world. Thank you, Rich!!!

I was extremely pleased with Southern Sky. My home suffered damage from a storm, and ended up needing a new roof and gutters. Rich Carrozza was beyond helpful and responsive. He handled everything from filing the claim with insurance, to meeting with the adjuster, to coming by before the job began, and after completion. He gave thorough explanations for every step of the process, and answered every question that I had. For most people, your home is your largest investment, and your roof is the frontline defense to protect it. So having someone who was so incredibly responsive and helpful to guide through the process was invaluable. I HIGHLY recommend Rich and Southern Sky for any roofing related need!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is open and up front. Financing is available. Referrals are highly appreciated. A reward of $100 is given each time a roof is installed from the referral of a past client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, an inspection of the existing roof is needed. Once our consultant has met with you, an estimate can be sent to your email in as little as an hour. The process of replacing or repairing a roof differs, however with short lead times, a new roof can be installed in as little as a week from the inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 years of construction background, our team is ready and equipped with proper training to tackle any roofing project.
