James and Josh are outstanding. We tried to hire another firm recommended by the insurance company, but after two weeks of broken promises we found JC's Restorations on Thumbtack. I am glad we did! Josh and James were very responsive and very professional. The communication was excellent and they provided a fair price to mitigate water damage after a burst waterpipe.

We use the national standard estimating software
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually starts with initial contact and a free estimate that we schedule around your schedule what ever is best for you * most restoration sitiuations require an on site estimate because the meters and equipment we use isn't cheap or low qualitly and requires a technican that is trained to operate*
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have All certifications needed to meet IICRC national STANDARDS for water,fire,smoke,mold ,bio, etc. And an additional 30 + years in framing and remodeling 20+ combined years exp in the restoration industry.
