Happy customer! They came and got my air back running literally in less than 1 hour. I was given the run around from other companies the past 2 years just overcharging me for filters. This company tech showed me the problem, fixed it and he cleaned everything up nicely. Thank goodness. So glad it’s not gonna be another hot summer.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service team was friendly over the phone, and the technician initially seemed to fix the issue. However, the cost was shockingly high for just 2 lbs of freon. Our tenant had heat for a brief moment, but less than 24 hours later, the system failed again. When I called back, the company tried to charge another excessive fee for a leak inspection—claiming the original diagnostic didn’t include checking for leaks. That should’ve been part of the first visit, especially at the price I paid. I would not recommend this company at all. Overpriced, incomplete work, and zero accountability.
