FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of job and how long it will take. Some tasks have a flat rate, while others are charged hourly. I always try to give a fair and clear estimate upfront, with no surprise fees. If the project changes, I’ll always talk with the customer before adjusting the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking for details about the project—what needs to be done, photos if possible, and any specific requests. Then I provide a quote and timeline. Once we agree, I schedule the job, show up on time, and make sure everything is done properly. I always check in at the end to be sure the customer is happy with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from hands-on work over the years. I’ve learned by doing—through home projects, helping others, and working on a wide range of repairs and installations. Every job has helped me improve my skills and find better, faster ways to get things done well.
