This team responded with a minutes of asking for a quote. They scheduled next business day and provided honest feedback about what the system needed and what steps they would take to assess the system as the repair progressed. They upgraded the system to a Wi-Fi controlled platform that I can access from my phone. They made sure that it was connected and working before they left. We expected to be a week or two out from work being completed. It was less than 24 hours between awarding the contract and the work completion.
