I had an electrical emergency later in evening something that couldn’t wait until morning—and Tyrone was the one who answered the call. From the very first phone conversation, he was calm, professional, and genuinely reassuring, which meant a lot when I was stressed about the situation.
He arrived promptly (even in the middle of the night), greeted me politely, and immediately got to work assessing the problem with clear, straightforward explanations. No upsell, no unnecessary jargon—just honest, competent communication.
What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond. He didn’t just fix the immediate issue; he took the extra time to thoroughly check related circuits, tighten connections that weren’t even part of the original complaint, and make sure everything was safe and up to code before he left. He even cleaned up his work area better than most daytime contractors do.
Tyrone’s work was clean, precise, and clearly done with pride. Most importantly, he treated my home and my family with genuine respect and care. Polite, professional, prompt, and exceptionally skilled

TEJ saved my life! After some handy men completely jacked up my wiring, TEJ EXPERTLY and meticulously fixed everything. I am especially afraid of dealing with electrical issues and he put me at ease and triple checked everything was done properly. Can’t wait for him to help me figure out why my restored light fixture won’t work, but isn’t it glorious?! Highly recommend!

Twisted the outdoor ceiling fan in the wrong way. T.E.J Home Services responded promptly, informed that the fan wasn't salvageable and why.
