From the very first phone conversation, he was calm, professional, and genuinely reassuring, which meant a lot when I was stressed about the situation. He arrived promptly (even in the middle of the night), greeted me politely, and immediately got to work assessing the problem with clear, straightforward explanations. No upsell, no unnecessary jargon—just honest, competent communication. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond. He didn’t just fix the immediate issue; he took the extra time to thoroughly check related circuits, tighten connections that weren’t even part of the original complaint, and make sure everything was safe and up to code before he left. He even cleaned up his work area better than most daytime contractors do. Tyrone’s work was clean, precise, and clearly done with pride. Most importantly, he treated my home and my family with genuine respect and care. TEJ saved my life! After some handy men completely jacked up my wiring, TEJ EXPERTLY and meticulously fixed everything. I am especially afraid of dealing with electrical issues and he put me at ease and triple checked everything was done properly. Can’t wait for him to help me figure out why my restored light fixture won’t work, but isn’t it glorious?! Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with Tyrone. He responded to my request and came out the same day. I was only expecting him to come out and give an estimate, but was pleasantly surprised when he started doing the repairs after diagnosing the issues. He was very professional, informative and definitely knew what he was doing. I can honestly say it feels good to have electric power coming from all the walls in my livingroom. I will definitely be hiring Tyrone for other repairs/upgrades that I plan in the very near future, as I've already mentioned to him.

Tyrone was really helpful and professional in helping us replace the old emergency lights with the new ones. He had to rewiring the wires in the wall so they fit into the new lights. We’ll definitely go to him if we have any other issues in the future.
