We are happy with the work ZJ Renovations did. They changed the screen in our porch and installed a much better door. We liked their organization as they seem to record color of paint and other details used by client so they can help you in the future if you need anything. Jan wore a mask at all times and she was very respectful of our needs during the covid pandemic. They cleaned after the work was done and we look forward to working with them in the future.

ZJ did an outstanding job for us. We had several others bid on the project and liked what ZJ thought needed to be done to fix our cracked tile. We feel really good about the quality of the repair and it looks great.

I had a good experience with Dash Construction. Most of the contractors that stopped by to look at my front porch gave an estimate without taking any measurements or really analyzing the issue. Jan and Zach did the exact opposite. They took the time to look at things, explain their repair strategy, and gave me a detailed quote. As the project progressed, it became apparent that there was a lot more unforeseen water damage in certain areas on the side of my house. Jan was forthright with the issue, explained about the increased cost of repair and discussed what my best options were to save money. I'm glad I went with them and would gladly work with them again.

Jan and her crew performed well and to code. And she was very willing to work with our budget and design constraints associated. As with any renovations, the unexpected repairs on an old structure were addressed promptly and resolved without unreasonable expense. At our request, Dash Construction even provided us with leftover construction materials to be reused and repurposed instead of simply sending everything to the landfill. I would recommend her crew to other property managers in the greater Athens area.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard prices for some small repair items, however, we feel that by taking the time to look at each job and seeing all the possibilities and speaking with customer, you will benefit from a more accurate bid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with meeting new customers, is to schedule a meeting at their home to go over the expectation for the project and make sure we deliver what the customer wants (the outcome). I will then return to the office and prepare their free estimate with incredibly competitive rates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners and staff have been within the construction business with over 20 years experience. The owners are knowledgeable, detailed oriented and eager to get the job completed with the satisfaction of our customers
