ZJ Renovations totally upgraded both of my bathrooms and did an outstanding job! It was difficult because my house was built in 1979 and the builders took every shortcut they could. The floors had to be replaced, plumbing updated, you name it they had to do it. The end result is absolutely beautiful. Jan has a great eye for design and Zach is an exceptional tileman and builder. These people know their stuff! Thank you!

I am very pleased with the experience I had with ZJ Renovations! I hired them to repair a bathroom subfloor and replace the tile, and when they uncovered joist damage, they were able to expand the scope of work without adding much additional time to the project. The finished floor looks great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard prices for some small repair items, however, we feel that by taking the time to look at each job and seeing all the possibilities and speaking with customer, you will benefit from a more accurate bid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with meeting new customers, is to schedule a meeting at their home to go over the expectation for the project and make sure we deliver what the customer wants (the outcome). I will then return to the office and prepare their free estimate with incredibly competitive rates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners and staff have been within the construction business with over 20 years experience. The owners are knowledgeable, detailed oriented and eager to get the job completed with the satisfaction of our customers
