- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest option for most of our services. We take pride in our work and complete the project the right way everytime. We are experienced so know where our prices should be. We never have any hidden fees. Our prices are communicated and will never be a surprise. When choosing us as your contractor, you can rest assured the project will be fully and efficiently completed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment and I, Nick Walshe, the owner, comes and meets the customer to discuss any ideas they have regarding the project. I will then evaluate the project while discussing every aspect of the job needed to help understand what is involved and possible costs. If it is a smaller service or smaller job the customer will be quoted before I leave or bigger projects will take a few days and a detailed itemized quote will be sent via *****.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years in this industry professionally. I studied primarily ag in school learning about horticulture, landscaping, irrigation and autocad for drawings. I worked with a landscape business for years before branching out on my own and have worked tirelessly to get where we are now. We take pride in our work and customer satisfaction is our biggest goal
