Jed has done several tasks for us, from handyman services to construction of an elegant mailbox. He is very hardworking, pays attention to detail, and provides outstanding customer service. We have high standards and he has never failed to meet them.

I have worked with Jed on a couple of different projects now and I plan on using him for any home maintenance and improvement projects I may have in the future. I own a duplex in the Athens area and Jed provided waterproofing and installed a french drain in my back yard. He has also done plumbing work and repaired water damage in my other unit. He is extremely diligent and even my tenants commented on how dedicated he is to getting a job done efficiently and effectively. I would also point out that he is extremely fair when it comes to pricing. I have worked with many of the larger contracting companies in town and Jed always beats them on price and lead time to get the project done.

There are two quality craftsmen that are notoriously hard to find. One is a good auto mechanic and the other is a home improvement / repair specialist that you can rely on. Thanks to Mr. Skinner, half of that problem is solved for me.
Honest and on-time, with fair-deal pricing and good as his word. I will be using Mr. Skinner for all of my home repairs.
