I asked them to come out to give me an estimate on what it would cost to service our lawn. They were supposed to show up at 11am like we scheduled, but nobody showed up. I sent a message to inquire on what happened and if they forgot about the appointment. He didn’t respond back until to the following morning stating that he came by and that our size yard wouldn’t fit in his schedule. Very unprofessional, didn’t follow up, and I don’t believe he came by because I informed him that I prefer to be home when I initially filled out the questionnaire. By the way my lawn is only 1 acre.

Hi Chava, thank you for the review. I did go by your property and I did send you the message to follow up on the same day that we agreed upon (yesterday). Unfortunately, as I explained your yard is larger than what we have room for in our schedule for that area this late in the spring. We would love to revisit next spring, and try to get you on the schedule.
