Is he quoted me one dollar to clean our swimming pool I thought his tactics were a bait and switch

We assumed that this extra effort would have earned a five star rating but for some reason we only received three stars. If you need something done with your swimming pool we will help you find the right contractor for your job regardless of whether or not we receive anything in return.
