We provide clear, upfront estimates based on the scope of work, materials, and project requirements. Pricing includes the labor and materials outlined in the written estimate. Any changes or additional work are discussed and approved in writing before they begin, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your project, goals, and budget. Then we schedule a site visit, review the work needed, and provide a clear written estimate. Once the scope and pricing are approved, we set a schedule, order materials, and begin work. We keep you updated throughout the project and complete a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in residential construction, including additions, framing, siding, roofing, concrete, doors, and windows. We stay current on proper installation methods, building practices, and local code requirements to deliver safe, quality work on every project.
