A considerate, thoughtful, relaxed, diligent and professionally-responsible person. The project was kind of annoying in one sense: an incomplete and ill-conceived, gigantic outdoor cabinet that needed to be both reworked and completed in order to be usable for its intended purpose. He pulled it off promptly and it was a great relief to us that he saw it through despite working around the oddities of construction that preceded him. If we had it to do over we only wish he had been the first and only person we had engaged.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a service fee of $150.00 for all surveys and prices are based better and I work with my customers. It’s not about the money it’s about aiding to peoples needs. My business partner handles all financial matters from the bid to the invoice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to communicate over the phone to hear exactly what’s needed from the customer and work out what’s the best solutions to fit their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained as an project manager/electrician for 7yrs and went through the IBEW program.
