- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard pricing is a fee to design the website and then a monthly maintenance charge to host the website. This way, all you need is a domain name--if you even want/need that. With the monthly hosting, we can make changes to your website upon request at no additional charge. Also, we can provide access to you so that you can make changes too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is that the customer explains the goal... a new website from scratch or an upgrade from the current website. We then work on design and content improvements. Going back and forth, we end up with the result, which then gets implemented. We continue to host the site (preferably on your domain), so that we can make changes upon request. It is always good to update and refresh your website. We can provide a login/password access so that customers can make some of their own changes too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I created my first website as a hobby in 1999--using basic software. Hands-on experience and using good software is the key!
