Update: I received contract from the company after posting the 1 star review. I understand there are death in the family and there are delays in communication. However, I was notified that if I don't remove my review I won't get the rotten removed. So hire this company with your own judgement.
Original post: I called on 5 times and left voicemail and sent an email for a trap check that supposed to happen last year but still haven’t heard anything. I wasn’t pushing on the trap check until the trap caught something that needs to be removed. The company charged me $600 and only set up the trap and disappeared. No more contact since then and always went to the voice mail. Be aware of the scam.
1st) We did a wildlife job 12/12/2020
The job worked for 3 years after that, and it was only guaranteed for 1 year.
2nd) We came back in 2022 and did 2 year renewable warranty.
3rd) On 11/21/2025 they renew the warranty again.
4) Now it is set for 3/24/2026 @ 11am.
And last the Owner Melissa died in march and we have been trying to get things back to where we need to be.
This is not our fault, the customer lets the renewal run out for years at a time, if they would renew the $150 each year this would never happen and once we set a appointment no need to verify.

Thought we may have bedbugs due to some bites, not due to visual inspection. Came out same day and thoroughly checked bedrooms and living areas and told us we did not have bedbugs and had gotten bitten by something else. Thankful to not have to go through expense and hassle of bedbug mitigation. Appreciate the honesty as well as the quick response. We did hire them for quarterly pest control!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet and greet new customers all the time and talk to them, do free inspections, explain everything, educate and come up with a plan that guarantees to work at a good price the customer is happy with!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this since 1992, I am licensed with the Georgia Department of Agriculture and I am insured, I am also Certified with the Georgia Department of Agriculture in Household Pest Control (HPC) and Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO), I also have my Commercial Trapping License with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, I'm also certified in AIB International Food Processing Sanitation/Hygiene. I am certified with Texas A & M University course on Termite Biology and Control. I also did the Purdue University Center for Urban Industrial Pest Management, Introduction to Urban and Industrial IPM certificate. I have a Bed Bug Certification. I have Frontline Customer Service Certification of Completion For Participation and successful completion in the Mastering the Art of Frontline Customer Service Program.
