Assessed a sink faucet that was loose despite prior repair attempts. Nate came out and realized the faucet did not need to be replaced. Fixed it, was very respectful and efficient. Also took a moment to educate us on the water system and shutoff points in our house which was much appreciated. Would hire again

Chad Jones from Neighborhood Plumber was great to work with. Professional, straightforward, and efficient. I came home from a week away to find my water heater had cracked and flooded the basement. Chad from Neighborhood Plumber came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and was back within an hour with a new unit. He got everything replaced the same day, updated some of the old piping, and made sure it all looked clean and professional.Afterward, he walked me through maintenance tips and left the space spotless.
