Assessed a sink faucet that was loose despite prior repair attempts. Nate came out and realized the faucet did not need to be replaced. Fixed it, was very respectful and efficient. Also took a moment to educate us on the water system and shutoff points in our house which was much appreciated. Would hire again

Chad Jones from Neighborhood Plumber was great to work with. Professional, straightforward, and efficient. I came home from a week away to find my water heater had cracked and flooded the basement. Chad from Neighborhood Plumber came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and was back within an hour with a new unit. He got everything replaced the same day, updated some of the old piping, and made sure it all looked clean and professional.Afterward, he walked me through maintenance tips and left the space spotless. Excellent experience all around. Id absolutely call Neighborhood Plumber again. Chad will get you taken care of.

Our main waterline from the street to the house (150 feet)burst on a Saturday. The two plumbers we had been using, don't work weekends. Nancy, my wife, called The Neighborhood Plumber and said they could send out someone right away at no extra charge. Wow. Tony came out, made an assessment, and as our water heater was 19-years-old, he offered a significant discounted price if a new one was installed at the same time. We willingly accepted.A new line was burrowed under grass, plants and shrubs. Some of the line needed to be unexpectedly trenched and grass removed to do so.In speaking with Ben, he understood my upset and said come spring, he would take care of the cost of sod needing to be replaced. Fair enough.Tony, one of the plumbers, his apprentice, and all who ran the machinery were kind, professional and extremely competent. And because I can ask a lot of questions, they were ever so patient. Two thumbs up.

i graduated in 2008 , attended VOTECH 4 yrs , Im a licensed plumber with 11 yrs experience+ , and im constantly doing continued education to keep up with a changing Industry.
