I hired this guy to fix my dyer which was supposed to include a warranty. My wife washed a load of clothes later that day after the repairs were supposedly completed and the dryer still had the same issue. A week later this guy hasn't shown back up and has not replied to any text or calls. He deserves a -1 rating.
