Scott Peck came out the day after I requested a quote using Thumbtack. He was courteous, shared his knowledge and gave me a fair quote on new plumbing for a utility room on my ground floor. We agreed on a day for the job. He and his son arrived on time. We discussed the job again so that neither of us had any surprises. The job involved removal of a section of the wall, breaking into the concrete slab to attach the proper drainage pipes and connecting new water lines to pvc pipe that was 22 years old. There were no splintered pipes and no mess left at all. When they finished, it looked great. Scott and Andy did a fabulous job! I highly recommend using Alpha Plumbing.

Scott was great! Very professional, honest and reasonable. We had gotten 3 different quotes and Scott's was in the middle, my husband said he would rather pay more because he felt comfortable with Scott. My husband called and asked him if the quote included a test the cheaper guy was going to do and the cheaper guy said the price could go up if the test failed, Scott said that doing that test was not needed and explained why it wasn't need it. Scott even went a extra step and helped my husband install the gas stove to the line he had just installed. I have already given his name out to a friend and will definitely recommend him to more friends and family and we will use him again.

We offer flat rate pricing. You will know the cost of the job upfront. We do our best to stay within your budget for your plumbing projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to earn your trust. We will NEVER try to sell you any products you do not need. We will look at the situation and give you several options that will resolve the issue you are having.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Georgia state master plumber. Certified in natural gas pipe systems. Certified for the installation of Rinnai and Navien tankless water heaters.
