I would have to say because we know how to say no to projects that we are not absolutely qualified to do and will not take on to much work that we can't keep our word. I like to solve problems for people. Especially when the client expected the job to be much harder than it was. Its rewarding.

I am very happy with the replacement deck that this contractor built for my home. They arrived at the time that we had agreed upon and went to work a short time after. The crew was professional and friendly and the work quality appears to be great. There were issues with the weather that slowed things down but as soon as the sun returned, the crew was quick to get back to work and finish the job. Also the price was good and I was able to save a little $$ by purchasing and delivering the supplies from Lowe's myself. The only improvement I could possibly think of is to that i had to return to Lowe's a few times because they were running low on some supplies (Screws, nails etc) after underestimating how much would be needed. That was not a big problem with Lowe's being nearby though. I would use this contractor in the future for home repairs.

We found this company through a friend that recommended them. We had them come out for an estimate to paint the outside of our house. They were so reasonable we signed on the spot. They were very understanding with our schedule. They were out 2 days later and finished the job in no time at all! Owner was so honest and kind hearted. Will refer to everyone we know!!

Safe and Affordable Handyman was the best. they repaired fence inside repairs, the deck, electrical plugs etc. we were impressed with the communication, professionalism. Mr Joseph called everyday with update and progress of the work. He was very fair and friendly. Nothing could have been better. We are in California and needed someone we could trust. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was trained by my father and never left the trade.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most clients need wood rot repair and painting. Our specialty trade is stucco repair. I would say the next in line would be tile and drywall repair. Oh yeah and decks.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
That would be 28 new window replacements, a double side light entry door, and staining all of the clients concrete slab floor. It was a major improvement!
