I was very satisfied with the level of customer service he provided. He responded promptly in calling and coming out. We were having a new dishwasher installed. He got the new one out of my car for me and took it inside and hauled away the old one. The install was professional and quick. I am very happy and will certainly call with any future appliance needs.

John installed my dishwasher and did it in 30 minutes on a Sunday. He also provided the parts needed and I was very happy with his work and knowledge. I have him coming back to install my microwave, once it is delivered. I had John come back out and install my microwave and he did a great job he also came at time that worked for me and again he was done so fast. If you need appliances installed he is your man.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service pricing is based on type of appliance needing to be installed and if your purchase needs to be delivered. I do not specialize in electrical or plumbing work. Also, I do not specialize in natural gas installation nor natural gas piping work. If you are located in South Carolina and need a natural gas installation you are going to need to contact a licensed natural gas specialist.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several training seminars with major appliance company's such as GE, LG and whirlpool, that keeps my employees and myself up to date on new products being introduced into the market for proper installation.
