I highly recommend American Premier Plumbing. Mirsad rates a 10 for customer service. After sharing the issue with my water turn off valve, he was kind enough to try to help resolve the issue over the phone, I found that to be over and beyond the call of duty, and was moved by such rare kindness and customer service. My home repair person on site was eventually able to resolve the issue. I offered Mirsad the service call fee for his time and effort, (which I felt more than earned and deserved) he refused the payment. That says all! They will be my choice for any future Plumbing needs. H. Clark

Unfortunately, I'm late reviewing this, so I don't have photos, but they did a great job, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for another plumbing issue. Rates were very reasonable!

I hired this plumbing company to replace my hot water heater and the gas line connector for my stove, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The plumber arrived right on time, was professional and courteous throughout the visit, and clearly knew what he was doing. The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything was completed efficiently. It’s great to find a company that delivers both reliability and high-quality craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prior to opening up my own company, I worked for a big plumbing company and now that I have my own, I offer all and potential customers with prices 40%-50% cheaper than the big business because we do not want you breaking an arm or leg.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer new or existing receives the same amount of respect, honesty, and loyalty. Every customer will know what is going on, explain the process, and the recommendation on how the issue will be fixed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
