my ac wasnt working, he may have missed my call but he called back immediately, while i was in the process of leaving a voicemail. very responsive, came out to my house fixed the problem and talked me thru exactly why my unit stopped working, what i could do to prevent it again! i would definitely use mr alicea over anyone else.
