My business really is more about building relationships than just electrical work. People should trust their electrician. Generally when you have an electrical need, it's going to be inside your home. You're going to want to call someone with whom you can feel safe & secure. That's why we made Buddy, my golden retriever, the company mascot. He's kind, loyal, good-natured, & trustworthy. Just like me! A lot of the time, doing electrical work requires me to be creative & think outside the box. Installing an electrical outlet or light where there's currently Nothing sometimes requires innovative & maybe even odd solutions.

Although we got of to a bit of a delayed start, the end result was worth the wait. Christian moved up the kitchen cabinet so that the over the range microwave would fit and look seemless in the kitchen. He even fixed a door that was off its hinge for me pro gratis.

I had an outlet in my garage being used solely for a refrigerator. The outlet ended up being somewhat faulty and caused my refrigerator to go out along with the power in the 2 adjacent bedrooms. We agreed on a time he could come over. He diagnosed the issue, made a run to Home Depot to get the necessary materials needed for the fix and made the appropriate fix all in a little over an hour. Everything was corrected and installed efficiently and professionally. I cannot think of anything that could have been done better. Will be reaching out again with any electrical issue I have that I cannot solve.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wish I could put a standardized pricing system in place, but metro Atlanta is so large, & electrical needs vary so much, that it's next to impossible for me to have standardized pricing on more than a handful of services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll come & inspect the project & determine if there's any parts or materials I need to go get; then come back & complete the job. Not terribly complicated. We accept cash, checks, Venmo, & PayPal--as long as you select 'friends & family'.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had 15+ years on-the-job training & experience; working with builders, superintendents, inspectors, homeowners, etc.
