- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wish I could put a standardized pricing system in place, but metro Atlanta is so large, & electrical needs vary so much, that it's next to impossible for me to have standardized pricing on more than a handful of services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll come & inspect the project & determine if there's any parts or materials I need to go get; then come back & complete the job. Not terribly complicated. We accept cash, checks, Venmo, & PayPal--as long as you select 'friends & family'.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had 15+ years on-the-job training & experience; working with builders, superintendents, inspectors, homeowners, etc.
