Unfortunately I was only able to check three out of five boxes of feedback pluses, but they checked all five. Unfortunately I wasn't able to give them what they deserve. they earned every plus there is and I'm so glad they came because I was just about to give up on this thumbtack because I've had some bad experiences and for reasons of communication Mix-Ups and not being able to speak to the pro directly creates a lot of confusion there's no caller ID name it goes through a third party phone system and often times when you're getting a dozen calls you don't know who's calling and it gets very very confusing. This happened to me with another pro who didn't show up, and instead someone else showed up on his behalf unprepared. Finally I landed upon this outfit last minute and I'm so glad I did it was the redemption at just the right time. if you guys came out and there was one supervisor he seem to know his stuff very well and I will gladly do future business with them for anything electrical they know their stuff and they didn't cut corners very kind and just went the extra mile I don't know how to say it other than five stars. Don't't look back trust me these guys are getting nailed by Thumbtack's fees somewhere like 30-40% so they got no wiggle room, but a lot of them are just looking for a shot at future at business and trust me that's exactly what this will be. These are folks you call back. matter of fact if you're reading this review it's time to print those magnets for the refrigerators. It was a pleasure take care and I'll see you soon once again thanks a million.

Michael, came out to our home, reviewed the project (electrical…..hang and wire a pool table light) and at this time we were given a reasonable quote for the project. The next day, two of Michael’s employees came out to our home to complete the work. The project was completed within the specified timeframe. We were very pleased with their work and plan to use them again with any other electrical projects that we may have.

This had to be one of the most wonderful experiences I've had with an electrician in my life... and I've been here for awhile! They showed up on time, explained everything they were doing, and took time to look into future jobs. What nice and professional young men! I spent the night in the dark because I was afraid of the smell coming out of my wall outlet. They fixed it in, seriously, MINUTES. I am a much happier woman today!
