FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Pin Electric, we believe in transparent and upfront pricing. Every project is quoted based on scope of work, materials, safety requirements, and local code compliance. We don’t believe in surprise charges — you’ll know the cost before work begins. For smaller service calls, we may charge a diagnostic/service fee that covers travel time, troubleshooting, and a professional assessment. If you move forward with the repair, that fee is often applied toward the total project cost. We also offer: • Discounts for repeat customers • Bundle pricing for multiple projects completed at the same visit • Competitive rates for property managers and contractors Our goal is not to be the cheapest — it’s to provide safe, high-quality electrical work that protects your home or business long-term.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact We review your project details and reach out to ask any clarifying questions. Photos and descriptions help us provide faster, more accurate estimates. 2. Estimate & Scope Review For smaller jobs, we may provide pricing upfront. For larger or more complex projects, we schedule an on-site visit to assess the scope and ensure everything meets code and safety standards. 3. Transparent Pricing You’ll receive clear pricing before work begins. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. 4. Scheduling & Execution Once approved, we schedule the job at a convenient time. We show up on time, complete the work efficiently, and keep the area clean. 5. Final Walkthrough Before leaving, we test everything, explain the work completed, and make sure you’re fully satisfied. Our goal is to make the entire experience smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on electrical field experience in both residential and commercial settings. I’ve worked extensively with troubleshooting, panel upgrades, lighting systems, and code-compliant installations. I am currently advancing my formal certifications and licensing to continue growing professionally and ensure I meet and exceed all state and NEC standards. Ongoing education and skill development are very important to me because electrical work requires precision, safety, and up-to-date knowledge. At Pin Electric, we focus on doing things correctly, safely, and in full compliance with code.
