My daughter just moved into her place and Denva was one of the first profiles I came to on thumbtack! He contacted my daughter expeditiously, gave a good estimate that was true, scheduled and arrived the next day as scheduled and planned! He was responsive l, asked questions on what we wanted and he was easy to talk to, easy going! Professional, work quality was excellent but also quick. I will definitely call him again, because truth is I just don’t want to do it like I use to! I’m in my easy life era! I’m leaving that stuff to someone else these days! lol 🤪

Responded quickly to my request and was eager to help. I had to order the parts I needed installed and once I reached out to schedule with him— he didn’t respond. When I reached out a second time he told me he was no longer able and that he would “let me know” when he could and that he was “not sure” when that would be. I checked in about a week later and he told me “find someone else” Being unavailable is fine. But I feel it was a bit unprofessional to agree to do the job, then say you didn’t know when you would be available, then ask me to find someone else. Would have loved to have the opportunity to see his work.
