- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, detailed, and based on the scope of work, materials selected, and project complexity — no hidden fees or surprise charges. We provide a written estimate that clearly outlines labor, materials, and project milestones so you know exactly what to expect. We require a deposit to secure your project on our schedule, with progress payments tied to completed phases of work. Any changes or upgrades requested during the project are always discussed and approved before proceeding. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions and discounts for bundled projects (for example, remodeling multiple spaces at once). Free on-site estimates are available for most projects. Our goal is to deliver high-quality workmanship at a fair price while staying on budget and on schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. 1. Initial Consultation We start with a phone call or message to learn about your project goals, timeline, and budget. If possible, we’ll also review photos of the space. 2. On-Site Visit & Free Estimate We schedule an in-person visit to take measurements, assess the space, and discuss design ideas. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed written estimate outlining the scope of work and pricing. 3. Project Planning & Agreement Once approved, we finalize materials, layout details, and schedule. A contract is provided along with a clear payment schedule tied to project milestones. 4. Construction Phase Our team handles everything — demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, installation, and finishes — with consistent communication and updates throughout the project. 5. Final Walkthrough & Completion After work is completed, we do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty. Our goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and deliver results you’ll love.

Our experience comes from years of hands-on training in the construction and remodeling field, specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations. With over 7 years of experience, we have developed expertise in framing, plumbing coordination, electrical coordination, drywall, tile installation, cabinetry, and finish work. We stay up to date with current building codes, safety practices, and industry standards to ensure every project is completed properly and professionally. In addition to field experience, we continuously research new materials, installation methods, and design trends to offer our customers the best solutions for their homes. Our team is also trained in project management and customer communication, which helps keep projects organized, on schedule, and stress-free for homeowners.
