New Gutters ,facia & some soffit, Rick Le Cates was our service salesman .He was punctual ,friendly & knowledgeable....He didn't know ,I had others check my gutters & they were unable to see ,what Rick had seen...He pointed out things ,I didn't need & what I needed. Very happy with his experience .

I saw the ad on facebook and it was perfect timing as the area I live in has a number of trees. Worked with David on pricing and was able to agree on a price and turnaround time that fit what we needed. Alfred came and did the install of the gutterguards himself which I gotta give it to him since he's a 1 man army and worked until it got dark out and made sure the job was done. I would definitly reccomend their service in the MJ area and I can rest easy knowing I'll never have to get on a ladder to clean my gutters.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
HomeCraft Gutter Protection's pricing for gutter guards is not as simple as getting a price per foot. There are many different factors that play into the overall price, which is why we offer free quotes and free inspections.
During the inspection, we will take a look at your gutters, fascia boards, downspouts, inside corners, outside corners, pitch of your roof, your landscape, etc., and each of these factors are worked into your quote. By considering all of these factors, our representative can be sure that he/she is giving you a reliable price that will be good for one full year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is our #1 priority. We enjoy meeting our customers face-to-face and listening to them.
