Rob came out on a fact finding mission to see if I had an issue with the drainage pipe from my washer. He determined that the issue is solely the washer and since we are replacing, we should be just fine. He was really pleasant and informative as he walked me through his triage of the situation. Finding contractors can be intimidating and frustrating. The likelihood of being taken advantage of is great. To avoid this, I contacted Home Depot but their installation price was unreasonable. I searched here and found 321 Handyman service. While they were not the first to respond, they were the most courteous and professional. Others were harsh and abrasive. They were punctual, got right to work and finished within the quoted timeframe. There were no additional or hidden fees, or push for more work. I am very pleased with the work and I’m glad to have found my new handyman. I look forward to engaging them for more projects.
