Jeremy was professional and responsive from the initial contact. He and Robert arrived at my home on time and were very attentive to my requests. They inspected the home and were careful to tape/protect things (doorbell, electrical outlets, etc.) so those things wouldn’t get damaged during the wash. They got right to work and made my home and driveway look brand new. I will definitely use Premier Exterior again and I highly recommend their services.

Premier exterior said they were coming to do a project that was time sensitive, I completely understood when they told me they had a family emergency and had to reschedule. However, they didn’t show up on the new date either and left me with a couple of days to find a new worker before the HOA required the project to be finished. I sent multiple messages asking for at least a confirmation that they would not be able to come so that I could begin scheduling someone else and never received a reply.
