About
As a professional painter, I treat every project—whether it’s a single room or an entire house—with the same care and attention to detail. With a small team of two, you’ll always know who is in your home and who is responsible for the work.
Quality is my top priority. I take the time to do the job right, never cutting corners, and my pricing reflects the skill and care that go into every project. I aim to give each client a “family treatment” experience: respectful, reliable, and focused on your satisfaction from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a painter who stands behind their work and genuinely cares about the results, I’d be happy to talk about your project.

Steve and Joe arrived on time, finished the exterior painting in a single day, and blended it seamlessly with the existing paint exactly as I asked. He was also quick to respond to every message with professionalism throughout the process, and now I am going to be bringing him on for another project soon.

Joe did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and I had zero issues throughout the entire process. He was punctual, professional, respectful, responsive, and took pride in making sure everything was done right.
It’s hard to find someone who combines great workmanship with great customer service, but Joe checks every box. Everything was completed exactly as promised and the finished work looks fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
I would 100% recommend Joe’s Prime Coat to anyone looking for quality work from someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ll definitely be using him again!

Joe very professional. He gave me the best price and did an amazing job. He finished before his deadline. He did more than what I asked without asking or charging me extra. I will be calling him back when I am in need of his services again.
