- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do price by area size and what all is covered in services since we do a lot and some things could take awhile to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
to meet with them first to get the details to make sure all gets done and correctly and to their liking. I also like to get to know my customers on a professional level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for several cleaning companies starting at age 16 since then that's all iv done. I am also ga work ready certified.
